The best medical supply store ever! I have got to know this store for over two decades and they are always nice to their customers, they make you feel like you are their only customer. They are willing to go the extra miles for their customer needs. All their medical supplies are certified and of best quality! During the historic pandemic, many herb pills and mask are in short supply and many other medical supply stores are selling inferior products, however C.A.I. insists carrying supplies of medical mask and herb medicine (to enhance human immune systems) from major suppliers, although the profit margins will be lower for CAI. If you need medical supply, this is the company to partner with! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been really impressed with the way CAI handled customer safety since the pandemic. In late March, two months before the mandatory masking order started, they already started wearing masks and shipping out everything except isopropyl alcohol (pickup in car). They now have a shaded outdoor table with some chairs for customers to be able to place orders in person! Service is always prompt and courteous.

I am a long term customer with CAI and impressed by their efficient and professional service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can always find the items which are difficult to get in the market. All received products are in a decent packaging condition. The delivery is always very quick. I highly recommend this company to my friends.
Came here by chance but now it is my go-to spot for acupuncture supplies and herbal products. If you have questions, like I did(a ton), ask Alice. She is very knowledgeable and on the off chance she doesn’t have an answer she will always recommend someone who has. Thank you very much!
