SvS vision was such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was very help and informative. Dr. Bon is wonderful at his job! He is very professional, informative and thorough with his exam. The moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were extremely generous. They engaged with every patient who entered the facility. Pam was so awesome! She was very patient with me finding the right pair of glasses. We had to go through at least 25 pairs until she finally helped me find the most flattering pair. She was so helpful and took her time sanitizing every pair I tried on! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have received in a very long time. They are very appreciated!

I needed an appointment right away, and called everywhere but the only date available was a month out. I only had 1 contact lens and no backups. I talked to Maria, and she was so kind. She said she would call me to let me know if they had a cancellation. A couple of hours later and she called me back saying they could fit me in that day! Omg, I was so grateful. The staff, Rodell, Pam, and especially Maria where so wonderful. Outstanding customer service and the doctor gave me a really thorough exam and an excellent prescription. I'd had lots of trouble trying to get a prescription that didn't make me have to use readers, and finally I got one! If you want to have a thoroughly enjoyable customer service experience this is the place to go!!
