For a first time trip to Michael's, I really enjoyed myself. The staff were very friendly. I was able to find what I wanted. I took some time to browse around at all the different aisles and products. I should not be allowed to shop unsupervised because I will spend hours in there! I'm already planning my second trip back to buy more fun arts and crafts things.
Store was organized, good customer service, hand sanitizer at entrance and exit
I would like to recognize Leila for giving me first class customer service. I went looking for several items for my daughter's school project and she went above and beyond to help me find everything on my list. I will definitely come back and let everyone know about this Michael's. Thank you Leila.
