We moved into our home about 18 months ago, and the sprinkler system was in substantial disrepair - heads were broken or clogged, pipes were leaking, and the controller was quite old. We had been in contact with a different company at first, but they didn't work out. When we called Quench, the difference was night and day. Bernard provided friendly and knowledgeable service and was able to refit our entire sprinkler system. In addition, he helped us with some brand new landscaping lighting that looks beautiful on our front yard.

Once again Jonathan and everyone at quench went above and beyond. They recently expanded a whole new section of our yard that was not on our system. There was not one issue. In and out neat clean. We have used Quench since we moved into our home a few years ago on the recommendation of our landscaper. Worked with Joe, the owner, in the beginning and Quench was always on time, came out when we had few issues with sprinkler heads, explained everything to us as new homeowners, and made sure our lawn was happy. We had a rough patch with service and office staff communication for one season when there was change in guard but everything is even better now! Thanks to Jonathan’s attentiveness and professionalism and those on staff who come help him but I don’t remember their names-thank you! Everything is working now, grass is green, and flowers are blooming.
I recently had 4 well lights, 11 patio lights and a transformer installed. The entire process from initial contact through installation and testing were completed on time and as proposed. The office staff and installers were polite and professional at all times, and the quality of everyone's work involved with my project was outstanding. I would recommend Quench Irrigation to anyone considering them for there own project.
