Its 2019!!! How stupid are you to assume that everyone has change laying around their car! First of all the toll roads not work on the back roads or side roads enjoying the road you don't actually know if it's a tollway or not. You can't let you see the toys play it's a scam. Then to top it off this scam they require you to pay with pocket change and know where to get change is there anyone to help anywhere around! If you find yourself unable to pay the measly 0.60 that they assumed you should have then they take a picture of your tags and send a ticket in the mail that is triple or quadruple the price plus added fees and the longer you go unpaid the more fees there are until it gets astronomical!!! What a terrible poor designed system!!!!!!
