I Never written a review before, After my experience here I had to! I would like to Thank the young lady that did my scan \JANIE\ I wouldn't of been able to get through the test with of her! I am Extremely closterfobic. Due to that I had a Very bad experience at another MRI center a week before this scan. I was sent to Molecular Imaging center because I needed a larger open MRI machine. To my surprise the machine was the same as the last MRI center. I just knew I wouldn't make it. Janie was so confronting, Talking me through the test, continuously check on me throughout the scan, She even suggested playing music during the test which was a GREAT help! I successfully finished the test! I over Concord A great fear all because of Janie. I will NEVER forget her. She is the Best! I wanted to give her the biggest hug! JANIE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Just there for a chest xray, wonderful staff, friendly, knowledgeable, kind. The only snafu was I called this am and was told 'come right over'. I sat waiting for 30 min, after speaking to 3 different schedulers (all the same contact #) was told no availability today at all. Then I called again and they gave me a appt for today. I think the scheduling needs to up there game.

I would not recommend this facility at all. I had an MRI done which took an hour only to find out from my Dr's office that the radiologist at this facility wouldn't write a report because the images were not clear. Now I'm back to repeat the MRI that was scheduled at 3:00 only to find out they put me down at 2:00 pm. Now I have to wait an hour because of the their incompetents.
