The tech is great. He brought his assistant that was also great. They arrived at my house a little earlier then my appointment which I was very happy with. They came in and cleaned the dryer vent with no problem, it was very clogged. I really appreciate their courtesy. 5 Stars!! This was a wonderful experience in every way! From the first phone call for an estimate, to picking up the rug, and letting me know everything regarding the stains all the way through the rugs return.
