Absolutely bad service and misleading! We called before heading from Cypress and reserved the vehicle of interest, before making an hour to an hour and half drive. We were told the vehicle would be cleaned and sanitized for us prior to our arrival to test drive. Only to be told the vehicle was sold. A courtesy call would have been great customer service but these asshats don’t have it! Sadly there were other vehicles on the lot that were of interest to my son but the misleading alone is what turned me away. The one star is just so I could comment on here.

Great experience every time we purchase a vehicle. Purchased 3 vehicles in a little less than a year and the reason why I keep coming back is the great service here. Everyone is always nice with a smile and best of all they are really easy to work with. Brittany in service is always super helpful as well as Lawrence and Frank. I have had my service done here for all 3 vehicles and all I can say is everyone is very friendly and helpful! Love this dealership!

Justin was the one that helped me pick out what would best fit for me and made the process pretty quick and painless. Jose was the one that helped me finish my paperwork, he was open to answering questions if i had any and still made the process quick and painless.
