We have had a number of window treatments installed over the years by South Lake Design. All of them have exceeded our expectation. They installed draperies with beautiful matching valences, Hunter Douglas power blinds, Hunter Douglas Silhouettes, adorable curtains in our daughters bedrooms and got a great deal on a bedroom shade that kept the heat out in summer months. We also look forward to getting shades in our new remodel that was designed by South Lake Design, in the near future. First class, great value, good service and great color advise!

The plantation shutters purchased from South Lake Design were problematic. The frame was damaged, but was not noticed until well after the installation. I called my credit card company to lodge a complaint, then called South Lake. Got a lot of resistance, but they replaced the frame after I mentioned that my credit card company was supporting me. After the second installation, they never called to see if everything was okay. No customer service or follow up. I felt taken advantage of, but they finally took care of the issues.
