Rose messed up my haircut so bad and the color is nothing close to what I asked for. As for my cut, not only were the edges choppy, but there were whole chunks of hair hanging an inch below where the rest of my hair was cut. The hanging pieces are super obvious because my hair is level with my chin, but Rose flipped my hair inward during the blow dry so it hid the edges. I called and was offered 30 off my next haircut (which costs 45) – not a free fix. Obviously I’m frustrated after spending hundreds of dollars but at this point, I just don’t plan on coming back. ️WARNING for if you come here: do not let them rush you out!! Make your stylist show you the sides and back of your hair, and make sure they blow dry your hair pin straight so you can see how your haircut looks. Their little trick is to blow dry or curl your hair a certain way to hide their mess ups.

I had Rose do my hair. I wanted to blend my gray roots so I can quit dying my hair.! She did a great job. I got the results I was hoping for. I am going back to her in dec to blend it a bit more and to keep bring the gray through! I would highly recommend Rose to any one looking to go full on gray.! Or any color for that matter.
