I give this place five star in the worst of places to live in Michigan! I would not recommend this place to anyone this is not a nice place to live you have to dodge pot holes all the way to your residence the slum lord does not fix anything owner owns about 75 properties he makes 100 thousand a month off this one property you think he could fix your hot water tank in less then 48 hours forget it you’ll fix it yourself and pay out of your own pocket hold your rent in an escrow they will just suit you for non payment and get an eviction on you when actually you withheld the rent cause they fix nothing you will get everything but peaceful tenancy as the property manager herself says we do what we want that includes turning your gas off turning your cable off throwing deck screws up your driveway never returning a phone call and straight lying under oath they get away with a lot because building department doesn’t inspect the inside of these homes be aware that if your home was painted inside there prally covering up a mold situation if you care about your health don’t move here because living here as a young person has caused many health problems between the mold and severity of stress they cause.

The management is trying to make this a nicer place to live but there is still a fair amount of riff raff in the park. The dumpsters/junk yard next door to our lot are poorly maintained. Also, lot rent is more expensive than other parks in the area.

The response to Yolanda about the roads is a lie. They wren,t damaged by snow plowing. They have been like and worse for years. About once a year they send in a cheap company to patch and within a few weeks they are back to deep holes. In the last year they sent the cheap to only pave from the office to the managers trailer a couple doors down. She has quit and we are on yet another manager. Corporate is nothing but greedy uncaring people. As long as you pay rent they could care less about the people that live here. I don’t know how they sleep, they are horrible humans.

The roads in the park are in serious need of fixing. There are deep pot holes throughout the park. They're very dangerous at night especially.
