Amazing instructors!!! Carolina the lead instructor teaches you how to hydrate, maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to have a better practice. The community of people that attend the studio go regularly...it’s nice to feel a sense of community and be able to better your practice as you go more and more! Facilities are clean, instructors and staff are great! Highly recommend for someone who’s never been to hot yoga class before. You’re gonna love it.

This is intense but i love how i feel immediately afterwards. I do the 90 minute class and boy, that really tested me in the beginning. I've been a few times and still need to sit down after that 45 minute mark. What i love is that this place has zero smell!! Believe me, that's a huge deal. Every hot yoga studio I've been to had that old locker room / musty smell, some so bad i didn't join. This is the cleanest I've seen and smelled by far! I highly recommend Carolina as she walks around and helps correct your poses and really pushes and encourages you. Everyone is great and super friendly!!
An amazing, intimate studio. The practice is strong and intense on the body but the teachers are gentle and so amazing. Im very grateful to have found this oasis in the middle of chaotic miami
Great team and classes. Hot yoga is very tough and challenging but gets you results if you push through. Highly recommend
