Mom and I got Covid-19 at this Pain clinic because they jam their waiting rooms with chairs and made us all gather in their waiting room for over 2 hours with standing room only. Sure enough 4 days later Mom and I presented symptoms and tested positive for Covid-19

Horrible regard for anyone's time!! I've taken my mom several times and it's always the same, over a 2 hr wait or more every time. Elderly people sitting for hours in their overcrowded waiting rooms. As soon as we find another location we're out. Phones ring of the hook, which explains why it takes days to reach someone. Poorly managed! Find another location if you can.
