I contacted South Nashville Heating and Cooling on a recommendation from a friend. They were responsive, professional, and followed up. My old compressor was shorted (dead) and Matt and the install team took good care of me. Had a small issue and Matt responded and arrived first thing in the morning to resolve. Installation was professional, and they replaced the wiring to the junction box, drain hoses, ducting, and the box the air handler sits on. They cleaned up and left the place looking untouched.

Our heat went our last weekend and I sent them a text via their website and someone responded within 10 minutes. I asked to be contacted on Monday morning and Kathy reached out at 0745 and set us an appt for between 2-4 that afternoon and they showed up at 1430 and had our unit back up within 90 minutes. The TECH was great and told us our options and did not push us toward a higher priced fix like so many companies have done in the past. I could not be more pleased. They will be my go to HVAC company moving forward.
