Hello I have been living here for 10 years. The new staff in the office are so great! I have been needing help due to Covid-19 and I called them and a new young lady in the office named Rayshell was so kind and helpful. She help me apply for assistance with my rent. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful compared to the old staff that use to be in the office. I hope you guys keep her around for a long time.

Office staff is great, especially Tara!!! I love my apartment. I haven't been here very long but placed a work order & they came the very next day. So far everything has been good & I'm optimistic moving forward it will continue to be that way .

So apparently no one answers the office phone here on Mondays. High staff turn over, every month there’s a brand new staff (literally)! The only good thing about this place is their efficient maintenance crew.

I did my due diligence and scheduled an appointment with this complex only to get there the day of the appointment to be told that their available apartments are going to people on a waiting list. Why wouldn't your representatives know that? And why am I still getting emails about renting with you? I tried!! They clearly don't communicate between their office and corporate and its poor service. Don't waste your time like I did.
