The owner, Pud, was very professional and took great care of my parents and I during our ride! It was a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend his expertise and calm manner to those who don’t ride horses too often. Can’t wait to ride again !

Pud was great to accommodate our last minute request for a ride while we were on South Padre Island. The night before and morning of the ride he sent text messages to us to check in and make sure we were prepared for the ride. The morning of the weather was a bit chilly and he called to make sure we were ok to ride that day and said he would even go later if we like to wait for warmer weather that day. We showed up 15 minutes early and Pud was already there and had the horses ready. He wore appropriate PPE during our visit and made sure to use hand sanitizer when we were filling out paperwork. He gave great instructions as we prepared to take the ride and was conversational with us throughout the ride. He also took time to stop in multiple locations for some great pics against the water. My wife and I had a great experience and will definitely be back to visit again next time we are on South Padre Island.

If only it were possible to give a 0 star rating. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service provided and overall lack of professionalism. My friends and I were so excited when we made our initial reservation with this company for a sunrise ride on the beach during our vacation. The night before our tour we received notice that our tour guide was feeling under the weather, so we agreed to push it back in hopes that he would recover or another guide would be available to take over the tour. Ultimately, even after delaying our return home, they still were unable to accommodate us, but by their own will, they assured us that we would receive a full refund as well as a complementary ride on our return visit. Over a month has passed, countless empty promises have been exchanged over the phone and we are still waiting for our refund, at the very least. Never in my entire life have I encountered such negligence, disregard, and outright dishonesty from a business. They have completely taken advantage of our kindness and patience and I would not wish this experience on anyone.
