Hands down I had the best experience. No waiting beyond my scheduled time. Dr Salomon was there as they brought me to the procedure room. Everyone from the front desk to the anesthesiologists and RNs were very nice and confident. The whole area was clean which is comforting. I would highly recommend this facility.

I went in for a routine colonoscopy with my Gastroenterologist Dr Sherry Ellis , which was performed at Baptist Health Surgery. Center at 1905 Clintmore Rd Boca Raton. From the check in process to the actual procedure, everyone there was nothing but polite, friendly and professional.This was a much better experience than past ones at other centers/ hospitals. Henrietta at the front desk, was clear, concise and thorough. I was then led into the patient waiting area and Lori (nurse) couldn’t be more friendly and polite. The room was prepped with clean linens and I was given a warm blanket to cover myself with, and asked multiple times if I was comfortable. Once in the procedure room, I met Jamie & Marie both technologist, as well as Kimberly and Shannon M. both Nurses. They were all also, friendly, polite and showed genuine concern. For a Monday morning at 8:00 am this team seemed genuinely happy about what they were doing. Shocking, given the situation, which is I’m sure for them routine. However, they all made an unpleasant procedure very pleasant. After recovering, I was offered water and a snack,. Once dressed I was walked out to where my daughter was waiting in the. Ar to pick me up. (They called her and informed her when I would be ready) I would definitely return for other necessary procedures, and would highly recommend this as an outpatient option for procedures, sure beats any hospital!

Had recent colonoscopy here (now Baptist Health Surgery Center). Very efficient process. Staff friendly, attentive and pleasant to patients and each other throughout. No complaints.

Absolutely perfect experience. Everybody I came into contact with at the center was compassionate and took time to answer my questions even though they were dealing with lots of patients. They got me in and out quickly. I hope I never have to have a surgery again, but if I do I'm going back here.

Beware of anesthesia errors. These folks do not watch the patent or follow medical history needs. Boca Raton Outpatient Ruined my life. My husband went in there for a simple colonoscopy endoscopy and came out with a speech defect and mobility issues and swallowing problems from their anesthesiologist. I just found out today that it has happened to others. Be ware of the anesthesiologist
