Jessica is hands down one of the best customer service driven individuals to work with. She is a joy to work with and provides the best overall service paying attention to all the details necessary in making the event a huge success. Even on her day off, she helped make sure that every detail was met with excellence. I have read some older comments below, but the new owner and staff are making some serious improvements and changes. Their goal is obvious because they work hard to meeting the needs of all the requests and are working to bring in new product. They will even get something for you that is not in their catalogue. They are amazing! Thank you again for making our event and party wonderful. We truly appreciate it and will use you again!

First, I want to say that since the company has a new owner, Sol, he has brought on board, Jessica, Cory & Mo and a delivery team that are amazing and go above and beyond working to make your event a success. I have been in the industry for 30 years and I was impressed at their response time, desire to make sure that the needs of the customer was met. If you want to give someone a CHANCE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NEW OWNER, now is the time. Jessica is a dear to work with and bends over backwards to making sure she gets what you need. The tent, incredible lights & china ensembles were breathtaking and I am beyond happy! Thank you to the team at IN-Tent Party Rentals for everything you did at making the day complete!

I rented a tent and rustic furniture from them last summer and was very pleased with their service. They delivered again 100% when I needed a rustic table for a farm to table private dinner this weekend.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are extremely unprofessional, do not provide the service they agree to, and if you do reach out with them to resolve an issue they will NOT respond. I had rented a dance floor with them for about 1,000 (I’d spend more with a supplier you can trust, they usually are about 2-3 hundred more) they arrived, tried to setup a dance floor that was hazardous, had edges broken, pieces were not aligned, so the venue was required to disassemble it so no one would get hurt. After all this, when I attempted to reach out to them to get refunded as a service was not provided they ignored every call and email, when prior to this when they needed to collect payment they called me several times and emailed me promptly. I have reported this issue with my bank, but highly recommend anyone to go another route to avoid this issue!

I just called them to get a quote and book some tables and chairs reservations and they already said in the beginning that there a minimum reservation price of 110.00 without letting tell them what I need which was way too more than that and then they just hung up on me. What a great service.
