Drop small excavator to be serviced together with a detailed list of what it needs to be done. Two weeks later nothing was done. 1st day i felt incompetence from all 4 people i spoke to. When i went to pick up the machine that no one even touched it i felt like I was being laughed at it. Regardless what I felt which I could be wrong, it was a bad experience from the get-go. Never again. Not an answer or explanation. Bad, really really bad.

Quick and pushy to sell machines, but very bad and unreasonable service. They do not hold to their word on warranty. I purchased a brand new 2020 JD 35G, Machine started leaking hydraulic fluid at 200 hours. I called the service department for them to come take a look at it, I was charged a minimum of 650 for them to come out and take a look at the machine for the road mechanic to tell me that they could not work on the machine because it was “too dirty to work on”. Since I couldn’t justify having them come out again, I decided to have my equipment mechanic fix it. He found the broken hydraulic hose in less than 10 minutes and had a new 35 hose replaced within a couple hours. John Deere makes a decent machine, but Jesco service/ policy is no good.

Been a customer for years! Worst service ever. Had a windshield come to my shop shattered and parts manager wouldn't take responsibility. We take fault in not opening the box while we were inside JESCO, but for them to not take fault at all was disturbing. Parts manager was very nasty and disrespectful. NEVER PURCHASING AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE.

Been a long time customer of Jesco buying many pieces of equipment from them over the years. So thinking we’ve been good customers for a long time, and spending a lot of money with them, one would think when something finally went wrong they’d actually come through for us. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case when we suffered a catastrophic failure on a pricey John Deere skid steer they recently sold us - all we got was lip service from these jerks, This after being loyal customers for almost a decade. The last rep that worked with them warned us they were only out for themselves but we didn’t take it seriously until now. Go elsewhere do not buy any equipment from these guys you’ll be sadly disappointed when you need them to back your play and all you get is lip service.

Buy Cat, Komatsu or something else. Turn over at Jesco is off the charts. Can't even believe the amount of turn over. If you deal with one person odds are they won't be there long. Worst is they seem to get rid of the best and keep the employees who don't care. They are a company that doesn't have leadership. Maybe next generation.

Having a terrible experience with a bomag roller. It has been in and out of JESCO for over 8 months with no results. They just rebuilt the motor, got it back, same problem. This issue has been dragged on for way too long and Jesco is not doing anything about.
