I have been living at south point village since 2004. I am so happy and feel safe. Thanks Kelly. Down to earth Manager . A few people leaving bad reviews have had to be kicked out for not paying rent. For not following rules. Period

The management of this park is absolutely amazing! They are absolutely on it and care for their tenets. I feel completely secure as a resident of this park and would like to thank Kelly so much for working so hard to keep us all safe.

Awful management. Very discriminatory. Will single out residents for violations, while others are allowed to break the rules indefinitely. Don’t even think about moving here if you’re white, or white passing. Management gives very obvious preferential treatment to Mexicans. They can’t even send out their newsletters in proper English, and the Spanish newsletter usually contains more detailed info. They do nothing for the streets in the winter after it snows, so you have to deal with ice for weeks on end. Community is gated only to car traffic, while people on foot can still enter freely, safety is merely a farce. Management allows and encourages religious solicitors. Stay far, far away!

As far as mobile home parks go this is one of the better ones it's a nice quiet nice aesthetic appeal I'd have to say that it is very well maintained easy to find well managed

This guy that lives in this place is a P.O.S. He is always out trying to get other ppl caught up and kicked out just a heads up to watch out for him in his lil golf cart.

The new managers are just wrong. Very bad situation for me just because I want them to clean the sewer backup in my yard properly and I have a gas regulator in the middle of my walkway. I fell over e r it and got hurt and I asked them to move it yesterday and today I got a 60 day notice to vacate.
