Absolutely disappointed I had ordered a crystal on black Friday, they explained they would call me before Christmas 2020. It is now January 10th 2021 and the item I order is still not received. The money I have spent at Swarovski and to deal with such poor customer service sadness me. Not anytime in the numerous visit and calls to the South Portland Maine store was I offered restoration for me not receiving my crystal, which was gift my father asked me to purchase for my mother before he passed. Swarovski staff at the South Portland store at incompetent.
