would give 0 stars if i could. i am a victim of identity theft with them and getting it resolved has been nearly impossible, as well as i was given the wrong address to mail the police report to when i called in and spoke with someone. now every time i call i am either on hold for so long i cant hold any longer or i am automatically disconnected. not sure if they have caller ID or what.
