Kory, the service manager, was extremely professional and upfront. We have been taking our car to Kory at Hogan and Sons for over five years. He takes the time to explain everything and gives a very honest recommendation on repairs. His prices have always been right in line with other shops, and most times better. I always worry about getting up sold when I have previously gone to other shops, but not with Kory at Hogan and Sons.
