Mi Ranchito's vegan food is completely top notch. Their vegan enchiladas (doesn't matter which one because they're all great) are some of THE tastiest Mexican food I've ever had period. Throw in good prices (especially buy 2 vegan meals get 1 50% off every day), a very friendly and warm staff, solid chips and salsa, and one of the most creative, detailed, and intricate decors I've ever seen in any restaurant and Mi Ranchito has quickly become a family favorite. We discovered them about three months ago and we have been there about 8 times since. They obviously care about the quality of the food and they are making a concerted effort to make vegan food tasty, accessible, and affordable. They are one of the good ones.

If you want to feel like you are part of a large, bright, festive party then eat here! The menu has lots of options including vegan dishes and tons of combinations. It’s easy to drive past this spot but it’s worth a u-turn. I’ll be back!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Utah. The Carne Asada burrito is fantastic. My wife also really enjoys their enchiladas. We are frequent customers and have never been let down.
