SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! Watch out, the address shown is a Travelodge. They are not to be trusted. The technician did a horrible job with our carpets and we had to pay twice the original price to have another carpet cleaning business come to repair the overly soiled, still stained carpets after they were supposedly shampooed and "cleaned". I tried countless of times to get in contact with someone at this company to complain and get my money back, but NOBODY would answer the phone, I had to resort to looking for the person in charge on Facebook. He was the one the technician told me to pay through Venmo, Vladi Raizberg. I found him, reached out to him and explained everything I went through and how no one would answer my calls for weeks and he kept saying that since it's been so long he cannot offer me even half the price I paid, even though I told him how I couldn't get in contact with anyone through the number listed on here. Which was weird because I had no problem making an appointment with them, but as soon as the appointment day had passed, I couldn't get through to them. Almost as if they avoided my calls on purpose, knowing that I was already a past customer. Now, Vladi read my previous messages on facebook messenger and has ignored my requests and concerns. I have attached pictures of our carpets AFTER they were "cleaned" by this company. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please do not support this unprofessional, scam-like business. Go elsewhere.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! WARNING THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE TEHM NEGATIVE STARS!! First off the address listed is a Travelodge NOT to their actual location. My roommate contacted this place to have our carpets cleaned and they gave horrible service. The carpets were not clean after the worker supposedly cleaned them. We ended up having to pay twice as much money with another company to get the stains out of the carpet. After, we tried several times to contact My Carpet Washer Inc to get our money back but there was no answer on their end. We even went the extra step to ask our friends to help contact them to see If they would answer and still nothing. After WEEKS of trying to contact them and since they choose to ignore our calls we had no other option but to look for the person in charge on Facebook. Vladi Raizberg, was the one the technician told my roommate to pay through Venmo. We found him and we reached out to explain everything that had happened, how NO ONE would answer our calls. His response was that since it's been "a couple months" when in reality it was LESS THAN THAT and we explained that, he said he cannot offer us even half the price we paid. Well if this busses was professional and answered our calls to begin with then it wouldn't have taken us so long to contact him. It is just very odd because they only answered to make an appointment but the very next day and after that it is like they were avoiding our calls on purpose. Vladi read our messages on Facebook and IGNORED our concerns and requests. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER come here for a carpet clean. It will just be a WAIST OF YOUR MONEY and time. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Please do not support this scam business.
He was very friendly and worked extra hard on some stains that I thought would not come out as they didnt come out when I had a differant company carpets a few months back and somehow he has got them out. They have been in the carpet for years. Really pleased with the job and will be getting them back in a few weeks for the sofas.
