They installed my carport with anything they could find. They even used my neighbors block to level the carport! On the other side a rock! So unprofessional and aside from that rude and thief’s. I gave more than half as a down payment and at the time of installation I was completely unsatisfied with the appearance of my carport because of everything that they jammed beneath it to level it. I refused to pay the remaining balance until it was fixed that didn’t happen. But a few days later I co E home to no carport, they repossessed it which was totally fine it looked hideous! But what about what I paid? They told me they wouldn’t refund I’m full cause if repossession fees...Fine still not a problem. But till this day I have not gotten the rest of my money, last time I was able to get a hold of them they came up with them taking my case to court and they couldn’t return my money till they heard from their lawyer! Lol South Texas Carports is just a plain sorry company, hope my money gave you all something to eat starved losers!

This company is NOT customer oriented. They didn't not follow through with fixing problems, roof leaking badly. Took 2 months to get follow up. Still not fixed and won't take my phone calls. I recommend you have anyone but this company for anything!
