I’ve been calling for the past two days and haven’t been able to get thru to speak with a real person. I left a message to call me back and no one’s called back. Very frustrating! I’m called numbers that no longer are in service and Terry to reach Weslaco branch and you’re funneled to main branch and get automated system. Again, very frustrated!

Extremely kind staff! Every time I go, I'm always greeted with a smile and quality service. There's a teller that particularly stands out, Claudia. If you have the chance ask for her help! She will always be patient, and understanding to all your financial needs. Never had any problems, even in these trying times. Thank you to all the workers who work long hours to make sure our finances are still protected!

Service with a smile and a Hello is always an awesome, 1st impression, which in Weslaco, it's Great! To me, that means the employees are there to help me with whatever I need! I go in at least once a week, sometimes more/less, and I always leave content, knowing that I have chosen the best bank that suits my needs, and my children's too. They also bank with STFCU! Awesome! I know that my children are also being given the same service and respect that my husband and I receive! Thank you STFCU, Weslaco!!!
