Hales flooring was tremendous. Howard is one of the the best individuals to work with. We redid every room in the house with new carpeting and hardwoods. The work came out excellent and the installers were professional and efficient. I highly recommend using Hales floors if you are looking to get work done.

A great experience from start to finish. Hale's installed tile in our entry way and then carpet in the rest of the room. The customer service and attention to detail were wonderful. Very quick turn around from ordering to install. We are thrilled with our new flooring. Highly recommend!!
Howard was extremely professional to work with and helped us select flooring that best met our needs. We had a new floor installed in our kitchen as well as carpeting throughout the second floor. His employees did an exceptional job and had great attention to detail. They were on time for both appointments and Howard even came out when the work was done to make sure that we were happy with the results. We will definitely call Howard again for any future flooring work!
Very satisfied with my flooring installation. Gator was very professional and knowledgeable. Also very neat. No mess left! Frank ( I think that's his name) saved the day! He came all the way to Southington to bring additional material needed to complete the job. Both men went above and beyond to do a job well done!
I never imagined getting new carpeting would be so easy. Howard dropped samples at my house and measured. I picked the carpeting out and sent a deposit. Then the guys came, tore out the old stuff and installed the new in a few hours. It looks great!
