What an amazing experience purchasing my awesome bike from this local shop was. I was able to do it over the phone completely do to the COVID-19 pandemic. I ordered the bike at about 11:00 AM and by 7:00 PM the bike was delivered to my house and I was riding. The bike is absolutely amazing, I love it! It’s the perfect size for me, and that was something I was worried about. Getting into biking during these tough times is a bright spot during a dark time. The staff is very patient and helpful. I am just getting into cycling and the bike I purchased is the perfect combination of performance and value. I’m loving my bike and when it’s time to upgrade there is no question I will be purchasing it from Rotations in Southampton. Rotations is a top notch local business.

Friends of mine wanted bikes, so I went with them to Rotations and dealt with Ben. He was top notch. So much so that I went in 2 weeks later and bought one for myself. Highly recommended! I brought my bike in today to replace on my Sram Red AXS 12 speed, the worn out chainrings and cassette after “only” 8500 miles. The repair was done quickly, and the drivetrain is like again. Actually better than new as they tuned both dérailleurs and now again the drivetrain is silent. Justin, who did the repair, also found that my rear hub needed a adjustment and did that as well. I have been a Rotations customer for years, and Rick and his crew are the best in the business.
