We purchased a headstone from Wertheimer two years ago when my mother passed and the stone is being shared with my father who passed a couple months ago. I contacted Larry M. by phone and he told me the costs to complete the work and what I needed to do to start the process. I sent Larry an email with all the information we wanted inscribed on my fathers stone. After many attempts leaving messages and emails with Larry, he does not ever have the respect to return a call or email. While is the grieving process of loosing a love one, you would think someone in this position would have some care. I highly recommend you do not ever consider hiring Wertheimer Monuments!!!

HAVE PAID IN FULL SINCE MAY 2020 FOR ENGRAVING ON MY MOMS STONE. EMAILING LARRY SINCE THEN. NOTHING DONE YET! LOOKS LIKE SMALLS CLAIMS COURT. THIS IS FRAUD, TAKES MONEY KNOWING THAT WORK WILL NOT BE DONE. COURT IT IS FOR SURE. I SEE THERE ARE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS, THE CEMETARY EVEN SAID THEY ARE GETTING NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COMPANY. I DONT EVEN WANT TOO GIVE ANY STARS. IT SHOULDNT EVEN GET ONE STAR, BUT I CANT POST THIS WITHOUT GIVING A STAR.
Tina and Larry Moskowitz did everything humanly possible to make certain the unveiling for my mother-in-law went smoothly. They were fully candid about delays in obtaining the stone due to Covid, and they worked with us to make sure the memorial was in place on the date Larry deemed reasonable under the circumstances. Our family is most appreciative.
I have been waiting one year for my daughter stone, they have been paid in full, no stone, no money, no response. Please advise what's going on with this company
You are the worst. You made us wait 16 months for my dads stone and there is a mistake. You sheisty business also snookered extra money from mom for engraving for her side. How dare you take advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable. Shame on you. Not even worth a star.
Next month - March 2020 - will be ONE YEAR since I ordered my husband’s bronze grave marker. Every time I have called for an update I’m told that “he” is “on the road”, who ever “he” is! I have requested a refund. In the meantime my husband lies in an unmarked grave. At this point I may see “he” in court. What would you do?
I ordered a headstone, several months in advance, and close relatives from overseas booked their tickets, and then I had to postpone the unveiling since the headstone was never ordered. This was extremely depressing and stressful. Then, the sales representative admitted to the mistake and then tried to blame me for not reminding her. I do not recommend this company.
He takes your money and never delivers a gravestone. He blocks your phone number and email. He blocked me after the first time I wrote to him. Now it looks like I’ll be going to small claims court.
