This is Mary making this review not Christopher. I want to give a big kudos to our technician Chuck. He's been servicing our equipment for many years and he keeps me informed about the mechanics that I know little about concerning the machines. He goes above and beyond for us and I really appreciate it. As far as the bills go - that's another issue. Being charged mileage, travel time and labor, all seems a bit much on top of parts cost, but we just have to deal with because its the only company around to service our needs. I just let a couple things go wrong before I call now.

He is very prompt in getting back to me as well. My technician Carl is amazing! He's very nice and always a pleasure to chat to when he's here working on our press. We even have a dryer that we lease through them, which is very convenient! I would highly recommend Southeastern Laundry!
