We had Southern Chimney out for a chimney inspection and cleaning. They did a great job, didn't leave a trace of dust around the fireplace. They identified an issue with our rain pan, took the time to explain the need for a replacement and answer my questions. Came back a few weeks later for the rain pan install. Communicated with me every time they were coming and sent pictures of the completed job. Will certainly have them back out for future cleanings

Excellent service! Delivered on time. The past owners of the house have been chasing a leak from the stone fireplace for 20 years. I was determined to solve the issue and Southern Chimney did! It has rained a lot since they installed the new chimney pan, cap and waterproof the exterior stone and not a drop of water inside. Thank you so much!!! Here is a picture of the culprit.
Nathan was outstanding! He called to request a change in our repair appointment. He arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and why. He pointed out some concerns which he repaired at no additional charge. But beyond all that, Nathan took so much pride in his work. He genuinely loves what he's doing and it shows. I was not just another job to get through before moving on. We've become so accustomed to mediocre service that we just expect every contractor is doing us a favor by showing up. Nathan was a true professional and a pleasure to have in our home.
