My kitchen aid mixer was brought back to life! Reasonable pricing and timing.

Excellent repair shop. Not only did the guy fix my 20 year old Kitchenaid mixer, he greased and did some overall maintenance that I've been ignoring. He even found me a spare handle to replace the one that fell off, which isn't sold separately. They also did the job in less than a week! As far as negatives go, I didn't like them calling me 15 min before closing for the weekend to tell me my mixer was fixed (a heads up would've been nice). Also, prices are a bit steep, but you're getting what you pay for! Finally, attitude leaves more to be desired, but you're not there for the friendly conversation. These guys do professional work. They are also the only Kitchenaid approved shop in Orlando.

They repair my kitchenaid mixer just on time for Christmas thanks. By the Way is the only place certified by kitchenaid to check they’re products. 100% recomend

5 weeks to fix a portable air conditioner. The first time I called “the guy that works on those,” was out sick. When I called back the second time the guy that was originally sick said some one else was out sick. Two weeks later I hear they have to order a part. When I walked in today, after 5 weeks, I could hear a man behind a wall is this dirt shop counseling someone in California about student loan debt. I know he was counseling because he told his part that he wasn’t a salesman but was a counselor. Odd place to do business and not the kind of place I would seek a financial fiduciary. Now I’ll have to see if my AC even works.
