Stephen and his crew at Southern Home Warranty have been spectacular in providing professional servicing of our new home in which we've lived since last August (2019). We have had to use the warranty three times so far and although the first time was a bit shaky, this was not Southern Home Warranty's fault but rather the company contracted to fix our problem. Our most recent issue with our AC was repaired in less than 24 hours after first contacting SHW and in less than 15 minutes after the repairmen arrived. I would recommend this company to all new homeowners in the area.

The policy came with the house, but I wish I could've had some say in it. I definitely will not renew! The basic policy doesn't cover the water heater tank, just the burner mechanism. Just not what I expected from a home warranty!
