The food is consistently great. Since they've opened after COVID kicked off, I only order through their app and pickup the food in store. Pickup seems to be confusing since they have two pickup windows (in the store and online) and you usually have to wait or flag someone down even if you're standing at the window to let them know you're there. They're busy so I get that. What I don't get is you tell them you're on your way and when you get there in the app. Minor criticism, I will keep coming back.

First time here at this establishment and we have the restrictions in place for the flu thats going around. Its was easy and fast. Food was good and I would definitely be back again. Changed my review, second time was a disaster, hot dog was disgusting and entire order was wrong and the bacon was like charcoal.
Burger was great! Prices are super high. 23.00 for two burgers, one order of ff and 2 regular drinks.
The food is the same as at other Five Guys locations. However, this location has a big problem with their staff. They do not communicate well with the customers, are inefficient, and do not follow the company's processes. I would advise against going to this location until they are able to better train their staff and provide a better experience. Every visit has left me frustrated with the treatment from the staff and underwhelmed entirely with this location. I recommend either going to Fayetteville or Raleigh if you really want Five Guys, at least in those areas the staff are well trained and treat their customers well.
I just went to Five Guy’s in Southern Pines. Ordered the Cajun fries and they are soggy and over the top with seasoning.. my God are y’all trying to kill everyone with High BP..
