I don't understand the negative reviews. I went to this pawn shop today, July 28, 2020. This was my first time in my 37 years ever visiting a pawn shop. The two guys, the manager with long hair and the Raiders fan immediately assisted me. I asked about two items that I wanted to sell and they told me to bring them in. I brought them in and they both did a lot of research about the items. I knew little to nothing about them. They offered me a price that was very VERY fair. To be honest, it was more than I expected. This pawn shop is great. The guys working there are great. I will return to this pawn shop for future needs! EXCELLENT!!!
This place slaps!! The staff here are very well informed and take their jobs seriously. I have made many purchases here, and will continue to do so. Awesome customer service and product knowledge.
I went in to sell an old item that I thought was worthless, but Roger, the gentleman behind the counter, was honest about its worth and gave me a fair price, even though I originally had asked for less. I appreciated not being ripped off and enjoy doing business here. Great shop!
I'm more than happy with my purchase and the service. It's a gun, gold, pawn shop with new and used guns.
