Longleaf is a great place to play and practice. Rates are reasonable and the course is always in great shape. The multiple tee system that was developed at Longleaf allows you to play from 8 different tee boxes so that you can choose the one that best suits your game. The USKids Golf Academy is located here and the staff is well trained to help any age or level of golfer to improve and enjoy the game. They offer club fitting and lessons for all ages. The course has the feel of the old horse tract property from which it was developed. In addition to the regular course they developed \Bottlebrush\ which is a six hole par three course that is both fun and challenging and will help you improve your short game. I have enjoyed each round I have played at Longleaf and look forward to the next opportunity to play there.

Just paid 90 for 9 holes. Front 9 was good but when we pulled up to #10 there were 4 groups and it wasn't moving. After 10 minutes we turned the cart around and loaded up our clubs. The couple in the group in front of us did the same thing. We both said we anticipated a 5 plus hour round. As we drove out much to my surprise after #12 the course was wide open. So 2 - 3 groups holding up an entire golf course. See that maid me even more aggravated. Need rangers.

Gotta say that I loved going to see our golfer play. What a gal. Top ten in NC and only a 10 th grader. Course was lovely and great for her to play
