We used Mack Maids for a couple months. They did a fine job, then sent someone who could care less about cleaning, and clearly had no experience. When I got home my shower soap dish was full of water and the soap was ruined (mess!) and she left the bleach on the tile floor too long. You could see the bleach stains. They came by (at their convenience) and made an attempt, but it's still there. They said they were going to do a test on their own bathroom tile and come back to try to fix it. Never came back. They should have just had a professional come fix it. Nope....they didn't want to do the right thing. They're just a typical cleaning business only interested in what's in it for them. Will NEVER recommend them. I would have continued to use them IF they made it right. It's hard to find a good contractor in this area. Find another company to clean for you, so you don't have to REPLACE YOUR TILE.

We just had our entire house deep cleaned. The ladies that came to our home were professional, friendly, and they adhered to COVID precautions which we greatly appreciated. Jessica, Melinda, and Ramona were efficient, and took great care with our stuff. This was a pleasant experience and we will certainly use them in the future.
After having a negative experience the owner called me and asked what could be done to make this right. He suggested a free cleaning. Two girls came and cleaned my house and they were terrific. They scrubbed the bathrooms and cleaned and polished floors and counter tops. I highly recommend this cleaning service and will continue to use them in the future. Our house is in a rental program and sometimes the turn around is tight, they have always accommodated our needs. We have used Mack Maids for several years and have only had one negative experience which was readily corrected.
I had the pleasure of being one of the early companies who utilized this amazing service. As a widowed dad with a full time Federal Law Enforcement career and a Army Reserve Commander at the same time, I used Mack Maids for over 5 years, every 2 weeks. The staff was amazing, always did an amazing job every other Friday and I always appreciated the deep cleaning Mack Maids provided. I still haven't figured out how to fly them out to Iowa now that I've retired from both occupations, however, I would still fly them out here if I could keep working with these amazing people. You can't go wrong with this service, they are bonded and insured and take care of business with trustworthy, hardworking employees. Go with Mack Maids today!!
