Never will return to this place. I called asking if I could get a prescription refilled and the receptionist said yes; just bring your ID and your insurance card. Upon arriving; they said they don't take my insurance. Then I had to pay 120 co-pay. After waiting for an hour and a half all together; I was called into the back to see the doctor. The nurse asked me what prescription I needed. Then when the doctor came in; and said he could not prescribe me the medication. Mind you I'm on vacation and only needed a two week prescription as an emergency.....Upon leaving; I asked for a refund because I was not helped....I was issued a refund but it did not show up credited in my account. I asked when it would post to my account; they said that night it would. Never saw the credit. A few nurses were trying to be helpful but overall; I was not helped and now I'm waiting to see if I will get my money back. In the meantime, I have bills that will be hitting my account and I need that money to cover certain bills. Hoping this ordeal will not put my account in the negative now. Not really sure why they didn't tell me over the phone all of the things needed and what they are able to prescribe; before having me come in and waste my time and money????? The doctor was friendly at least and like I said; a few nurses tried to help; but overall I was not helped and my money has not been refunded. Better drill them with questions over the phone; so your time and money aren't wasted. It has been a full 24 hrs and still no refund.

Great provider, but his office is too busy for his patients. He has way too many patients he takes in, and does not have enough bandwidth for them. Also, he really has an old office and poor parking lot. He does not use any electronic health recording system, but rather does paper charts. He is really nice, but my grandfather was not taken care of as properly as he needed. We have learned that it is important to go to a provider that is not over saturated with patients, so they can give you the quality of care you need

Staff and doctors are very nice. Not too long of a wait but it can be depending on the line.. much much better than fast med and first health convenient care. I've been going here since I was very young and always come back because doctor wolf is one of the best around!!

My experience with Sandhills Urgent Care has been truly horrible. I only went to this place because I sprained my ankle at work about six months ago and this urgent care was the closest doctor’s office. I was there for over 3 hours, which wasn’t too bad since I did get to miss work for the afternoon, but mildly annoying nonetheless. I finally get taken to the back, get my X-rays and Dr. Wolf sees me. I will say that he is very nice, along with the other staff who took my X-rays, but it doesn’t even begin to make up for the rest of my quite terrible experience with this doctor’s office. Since this injury happened while I was at work, the company I worked for was going to cover the bill for me through workers comp. All I had to do was call the doctor’s office to give them the new billing information. I called this place a million times and never got an answer or a call back. EVER. This was six months ago. So I decided to just pay my 25 copay and move on. It wasn’t too big of a deal. Now, fast forward six months, I get a bill in the mail from this office for a couple hundred dollars. Also, the bill is now over 120 days late. Which is strange considering I never got the initial bill in the mail. Now, I don’t even work for the company where I sprained my ankle at anymore, I have no idea if the bill will be covered by workers comp at this point, and the urgent care office staff still won’t answer their phone or return my phone calls to even help me figure this situation out. It has been a truly terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this doctor’s office.
