Cannot say enough positives about this dealership. They go out of their way to get me in timely and efficiently. Had a flat, was seen on the same day, they called around to get a temporary tire to last while the ordered one came in, when that didn’t work tried getting me a loaner car!

The most recent experience was very good. I had been there 2 times before this visit and was told different stories about the problem, but nothing got fixed. The 3rd time I got a very good women in the service dept. who took the bull by the horn and got it fixed while I waited.

My parents experienced very bad service from another Nissan dealer and were broke down on the side of the road due to the other dealer's negiligence. They were towed to Southern Pines Nissan and the service manager, Tom, has gone above and beyond to accommodate for them. I spoke with Tom and he stated his goal is to treat everyone as he would want himself or his parents to be treated. He has exceeded that in this opportunity. Highly recommend the Southern Pines Nissan service department.
