Horrible experience! If you are a person of color, stay away from this people! By the way, the doctor will not provide your lab results unless to book another appointment. I’ve call every day for my lab results, they are in, came in last week but the doctor has not read them! Really, save yourself and go somewhere else.

Love the staff at Southern Primary care, Lashonda went above and beyond to take care of me and schedule an MRI. Dr Patel seems to really care for his patients, and is always available to squeeze me in!

Went in today(1-12-20) for a follow up visit. Was told that my insurance was no longer accepted. A phone called would have saved me a lot of time. Funny how I know several people that come to office with the same insurance and they saw the doctor without a problem.

Dr. Patel did a great job with my friends first ever health exam. He explained everything to her in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my friends insurance. I was in town so I was my friend's ride, but she coudnt stop raving about her experience.

Dr. Dipen Patel has been very disappointing. I often can't get anyone to answer the phone. I need a prescription refilled and today someone actually answered and told me the doctor couldn't see me until Dec. 23. Well, I have wasted days of calling with no answer and now I'm out of my medication. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who expects to be able to contact the doctor and get attention when needed.

I moved to middle Georgia from Maryland and needed a new primary care physician. I decided to try Southern Primary Care for an annual physical and for a small issue. I saw Dr. Dipen Patel and he is seriously one of the nicest most personable doctors I’ve ever met. He took time to sit and actually listen to me and that is invaluable these days. He also saw me for a small issue and sent me for testing just to get some answers and ease my mind. I appreciate a Doctor that honestly cares about you. I 100% would recommend Dr Patel to anyone and I already have. Also, I have only been to the Warner Robins location and it was very clean, and the rest of the staff I came in contact with were all very nice and friendly. Thank you all for the excellent experience!
