I called and the service was really bad that lady was not nice or patient at all they need to get new workers I’m not happy with my experience at all she was very very rude she hang up the phone on me.

Have used Southern States explicitly for many years and will never use them again. Have had issues with delivery time regardless if on auto fill or will call and have had property damage years ago without proper rectification. Staff is rude, inconsiderate and misinformed.

Everything is drastically overpriced. The employees are the rudest ever. It's January and the temperatures were in the teens last night... Yesterday morning it was a whole 7 degrees. Whether you prepay or apply for credit it's a 3 to 5 day wait for propane! Do not waste your time or patience with this way over priced rude debacle!!! They deserve 0 stars but I felt this review was necessary!!!

Most expensive non-ethanol gas in town. Very complicated and expensive to buy propane. Was over 100 cheaper for me to fill my tank on site than to have them deliver it which they would not do unless I could show a receipt for owning the tank. Diesel pumps are greasy and have grime all around so be careful not to graze your pants against any part of the fueling area.
