Only and closest place that offers non ethanol gas, is great for your car and helps it last longer. Electronic gas meter always registers 100 extra miles to the tank better then the regular gas stations. Can pay cash during the day during the week but can use a card anytime day or night. Its an hour drive for me, but weel worth the drive!

Rated a 2 because google lists this as a farm supplier and but they are a petroleum supplier. Talked with a woman on the phone and she was very courteous and jovial.

This company is lacking Customer service?...I have a home warranty plan and they recommended this Southern States. I was scheduled an appointment for them to come service my air conditioner unit via email without even talking to someone telling me the date and time they would be at my home. I called them immediately to let them know that this date and time was not good for me. So, we re-scheduled for the next day. I got off work early for a scheduled appointment that was set from 4:30pm to 5:00pm but they never showed up or call. In fact, they called the warranty company and said they were in route an HOUR after their scheduled time, I waited another hour still no show or call from this Southern States. I called the warranty company back and was told that they asked for additional money since they were travelling a distance from Windsor, VA to Virginia Beach. By this time, I was upset! No show and no call to even advise me. My house was hot, I took off work. So, unprofessional and lack of customer care. I would never recommend them for nothing!!! When I called the next morning to inquire why they didn’t show, the manager never gave an apology or acted as if he cared! One star is even too much for them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We called last week to order oil for our furnace. We were told it would be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. It is now Wednesday evening and they never delivered our oil. We ran out of oil last night. We have been using space heaters to heat our house all day. When I called the office earlier today to see when it would be delivered, the woman in the office said she would call me back and let me know. She never did, so I guess that was my answer. They are very unorganized and never seem to know what is going on. They also don’t really seem to have any concern for their customers. I guess you can afford below satisfactory service when you have no competition. If there was any other company around here that I could order from, I would.
