Convenient to local neighborhoods. Many practical shops & services. Would rate higher except many motorists consistently ignore & violate no parking or standing anytime signs during business hours. Makes shop access for law abiding customers difficult & often dangerous. Plaza management needs to address with Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Otherwise there's many other much more civilized places to shop in Ashburn VA.

Good place
The McDonald's, Taco Bell are usually very good. The Walgreens is always very helpful and willing to help us. The UPS store was also very good and the staff is very helpful.
Good food with great staff
They have 4 places to eat , 1 supermarket . 1 pharmacy , one clinic , one salon. You need something ? go there :)
