They are ABSOLUTELY AS BAD AS DETROIT!!! There was this HUGE pitbull loose in my neighborhood in Southfield, and got loose and jumped 2 fences and destroyed my trash! Pitbulls ILLEGAL in Southfield, just as storing your trash in your garage. We called 911, they transferred us to Southfield, and the took their sweet time in ETA!!! I HATE SOUTHFIELD POLICE!!!
