An association truly devoted to the betterment of the real estate business evidenced by the sheer volume of beneficial education programs, the charitable foundation that serves the members and their marketplaces, and the highest quality staff that serves its members. It's the largest association in the state because it offers more than simply an entry to the MLS.

I have not seen any value for the annual dues I pay to GMAR. I appreciate if someone can explain what realtors gain beside being able to access MLS (at additional quarterly cost that is).

Between classes and events, they offer a multitude of opportunities for you to learn and meet other members of your association. The staff is all very friendly, helpful and I always feel welcome when I'm there.
