George, Margaret, and Hassan were awesome. They did asbestos testing and removal of floor tiles and my cold air return. They also tested for radon in the basement and asbestos in my attic. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt confident in my decision to use them for this work. They did everything the right way and it shows. Margaret was great at communicating the work flow and getting it all executed. I wish all contractors were this professional!

Healthy Homes is an unethical terrible company that upon further review I see has not renewed their contracting license. This means in the state of Michigan they cannot contract any work over 600. These reviews are fake and by the family / his people who are Facebook friends with he, his wife and daughter. What are the odds? They have horrible communication tactics and tried to charge me for work that was not completed months later. I kindly asked for them to send me an invoice on September 13th of the work that was actually completed and did not receive a response for 3 months. I at no point agreed to the work that was actually completed, verbally or in writing. I never received an invoice in general. All of a sudden George gets on the horn and threatens me and the new owners of the house that received the job. Very unprofessional, you cannot bill someone for work that wasn’t performed. George also blamed me for his refusal to get back with me though he admitted in an email he didn’t get back based on his health problems which can be confirmed by many people. His secretary Betty also threatened collections however, I had not received an invoice and that the results wouldn’t be given till the non existent bill was paid. Humorous considering she replied to an email that the results were, and shocker attached to her emails was the first “invoice” I had seen for 3 months. Of course it was an invoice based on the original work which was not done which is unacceptable. I have remodeled an entire house and hire out jobs all the time when it comes to my household and I have never had a problem like this. I have also not dealt with someone who couldn’t even be bothered to get in touch with me. I can’t believe this company takes advantage of people like this. They are charging double the average cost and giving no curtesy or service and trying to get paid for work that wasn’t done with threats. Go elsewhere so reasonable service and prices!!!

Margaret was very responsive and kept up good communications with us. She was great! Hassan was the nice gentleman that performed the physical tile and asbestos removal as well as sealing the basement floor. He did great work and we would highly recommend Healthy Homes Inc. as our air quality is now better than the average! We have 4 children, one with asthma, so it’s extremely important that we have the safest house for them to breath and play in. Thank you Healthy Homes Inc. for a job well done!!!

Healthy Homes helped us to deal with vermiculite insulation that was finding its way into our living spaces. They did a great job cleaning and sealing the areas so that this would no longer happen. They were super responsive and professional. They were also happy to answer any questions I had. We felt like we were in very competent and capable hands and will for sure use their services again!
