The experience was great! I would say I enjoyed the experience post COVID more than pre because there was no waiting, they get you in and out, and the extra cleaning protocols are noticeable. The staff was great. The doctor even helped went above and beyond by removing eyelashes that were growing into my eye (not the reason for my appointment). Got lasik over 2 years ago here and my husband got PRK here 3 years ago, we highly recommend this facility!

My Lasik procedure went amazing! It only took 8 minutes and the doctor explained every step of the way what he was doing. My procedure was a couple of years ago but everytime i go back for my annual exam the staff is friendly and the office is always spotless. It is such a relief not having to wear glasses anymore. Would highly recommend!

Each and every staff member is kind and professional. I felt so cared for and safe in regards to health and safety. Chris did a wonderful job explaining what each test was for during the consultation and I completely understood the results of my testing and what it meant for my Lasik approval. I loved my experience here! This place just stood out from the rest for their unbeatable prices, professionalism, and effectiveness. I got my consultation on a Thursday, and my surgery the next day (Friday). One of the nurses even held my hand during the procedure because I was pretty scared. I had been thinking about LASIK for over a year before I finally decided it was the right time. the LASIK Vision Institute was quick to schedule my free consultation, and they were very accommodating with the current pandemic! They followed all safety and cleaning protocols during my time in the building. I am so happy with my experience, and HIGHLY recommend the LASIK Vision Institute for anyone thinking about this procedure. The team was wonderful at explaining every step of the process, and 24 hours after surgery I have 20/20 vision! I wish I would have called them sooner! This was the best decision of my life, and I am happy the LASIK Vision Institute was the place I trusted my eyes with.
