At first i thought they did a good job until the problem with my laptop kept coming back ive gone to them twice for this problem and every time it comes back with the same problem fixed for only a day or 2 just a waist of money to go there they dont do there job properly and just take ur money at that point

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was visiting Michigan for the weekend and was recommended this place by a friend. Sent my computer a few days before and then brought my phone in when I went to pick it up. Both are over 5 years old and both now work like new! Extremely reasonable prices and wonderful customer service. Even mailing things from New York if way more worth it than dealing with Apple and buying new products once a year! Will be returning, very happy customer!

Absolutely brilliant! It took a little bit longer due to the USPS running slow, but they repaired my daughter's laptop like new for a reasonable price!
