I dealt with Eric, Pretty Good Experience! Eric is pretty knowledgeable and honest. He pointed out some issues with my car, but said they are not immediate needs. They replaced the power window assembly and it works fine. I would recommend them to everyone! They Take Good Care Of You Here!

Their service was courteous and professional at this Firestone. I drive a Honda and the techs here are able to service Hondas often since they are a couple blocks away from Genthe Honda on Eureka in Southgate.
